Second when Roosevelt was POTUS many trains were no longer Pullman Green. PRR was Tuscan, and by Roosevelt's second term B&O had numerous Blue and Gray carsYes, the LION figured all of this out. But across the country nobody would take special notice of a Pullman Green car. B&O colors, PRR colors, NYC colors, all of these would stand out tlie a sore thumb on any western property. Not a good thing in wartime, you know. NOPE< LION SAYS GREEN!
