If that were the 3 Av El in the background, it would not be Willis Av since the el ran in the alley between Willis and Alexander Av and it would be a lot closer in the photo. You might be on the right track about it being in the Bronx and even 138 St since 138 is a wide street but it would have to be a few blocks either east or West of Willis depending on which direction we are looking in. |
