Now if NJT were really clever, they'd be able to transfer people onto trains on the lower level, and then send those trains to Newark Division points via the West End Wye and the Waterfront Connection, in the case of a PORTAL malfunction. But I doubt they're really clever, given their recent capital projects . . . |
