I'm sure if these people actually cared enough about WMATA to write to someone in a position of power about it, they could find someone to address their letter to.Over the past 3 weeks, with the exception of the bus operator who offloaded his bus at a location that was not a bus stop a few blocks short of the end of the line so he could layover at his convenience (when the FH bus terminal was closed for some construction project) and the pathetic response from WMATA customer service in response to my letter of complaint about the incident, I have not had any issues with Metro. |
