I take my shots ALL during daylight hours, with a few exceptions, and do you hardly see anyone in my pics??As for the pervert, obviously you do not know the MTA PD very well!! By the time I call them, he, like most other crime committers on the trains, are long gone, and that's often well before they show up!! At no time have I stated photography is a crime, not by any means, but that kind of photography has its place in journalism, and sites which devote to random photos of people in the public, be they unsuspecting or not. This is a forum of trains, transit, transportation and railroading, and it is better kept at that!! (Note, do you see photos like those posted at RAILROAD.NET????) |
