So that doesn't explain the low ratio.While the ridership data is relatively recent, there has been no similar attempt at releasing such information for the respective light rail lines on an individual basis as far as I'm aware. So at this point, it's premature to conclude the whether the farebox recovery is commensurate with expectations of the planners. Now, if you can get some recent farebox recovery data along with the rate of evasion along with the amount paid in fines, we may be able to make some sound conclusions. |
