Once you were able to transfer value from a pay-per-ride metrocard to anohter at a MVM. That feture was taken off a while back because people figured out how to bend cards to fool machines into thinking empty cards still had money on it. If you can trade value by adding money to expired cards, I'll admit I've been wrong. |
