Yep, MMC is gonna be loaded. I wonder if the service cuts are that rough if a commuter agency will do like the freight railroads have done, "layoff" a number of locomotives and equipment and place them into storage until the economy and service rebounds, and bringing them back to cover restored service when the time comes. |
