Here is where I got the ideaI purchased a product - the first sentence in the instruction manual was: "1. remove product from box - do not try to operate it without removing packing material first" So apparently that manufacturer was aware that some customer tried to plug it in while still in the box and before removing the packing material. I am just extending that comcept to the issue of photography - the camera manufacturers are now well aware that 1. governments are engaged in encouraging their police departments to harass photographers 2. harassment causes stress Therefore hold the manufacturers liable for failing to warn. The manufacturers in turn will be forced to defend their products Am I taking it to the extreme - sure :) As long as government is intent on continuing its war against photography I will support all options to fight back |
