What about places like the Bronx and Queens where the subways are SO far away that people have no choice but to take the bus to a train? How about THEM? :(You seem to forget that for about 90 years (until MetroCards became the norm), those areas were always 2 fare zones. I grew up in an area like that (Flatlands, Brooklyn), so I guess I should blame my parents! :-) |
