Posted by gbs on Tue Mar 9 00:46:55 2010 Just weeks after the installation of completely new track panels, with concrete ties, along much of the Manhattan-bound N tracks, including at Fort Hamilton Parkway, a set of two very long lengths of rusty, curvy rails has been deposited between the new running rails.These rusty rails sit in the depression in the concrete ties, but are not attached, just laying there. What is their purpose? |
