Is there a law that prevents them from telling you not to take pictures?If photography is not specifically prohibited then it is legal by default. Besides NJT policy specifically permits photography in all publicly accessible areas so he is wrong on both counts. If we are caught breaking a law the authorities tell us that "ignorance of the law is no excuse" - well sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander... I hold them to the same standard! |
