Nilet RailroadLook, it's sad that photographers are constantly harassed by the cops, but it doesn't help that so many photographers have this attitude that the Constitution is a legally binding document. If more photographers would just realize that questioning the absolute authority of the police is treason and do whatever they're told with no questions asked, then they wouldn't be harassed. Maybe instead of criticizing cops who are just doing their job, you should be telling photographers not to act like they have a "right" to take pictures just because some god damn piece of paper says that Congress and states shall make no law abridging freedom of speech or of the press.
