No restrictions on diesels in park ave tunnels, only MNCR self imposed restriction on no diesel on revenue passenger trains unless they are dual mode capable.You're correct - that's what I meant. And it's been strictly enforced for at least 2 years or so now, as I'm sure that you can testify to. It used to be a frequently flouted thing, but it looks like supervision really clamped down. |
