You and SUBWAYMAN both answered in the affirative.

My question is: Do either of you have a fixation of single events that you keep bringing up constantly?

I have a friend who has been indentified as "an undiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome" sufferer.

The fixation on single events in his life is a "trademark" of his. He has massive social skills problems (he does not understand how to relate to women (it has been remarked by others that he would do very well in 1890 with his attitudes), and constatly remarks that "I'm still under the yoke of that tyrant." The tyrant he blames for not becoming a motorman has been dead for nine years, yet he still cannot realize his "dream".
