True, but the MTA will undoubtedly have to pay some of the price, since the trains will also be servicing parts of Westchester.I'm not sure, but I think that they take care of that in the operating agreement, not on the capital end. I think that CT DOT would have to pay for projected requirements plus spares on their property. |
