IT is not the money spent on things that are useful for the employees that work or retired that needs to shrink it is all the job functions that need to be changed. Merging all the bus operations, moving towards more OPTO/ATO, automated bus management, changing the station agent role to something that is needed not sitting in the booth sleeping to name a few.10-15% workforce reduction over time is posible |
