Parisiens can be fairly nasty if you don't at least *try* to. Once you make an effort though, they tend to want to help you out...That is true, though the Parisians will give you a pass if you admit up front that you cannot speak the language rather than speak to them directly in English as if their language doesn't exist. That's an excellent way to get the ol' Parisian 'tude. |
