If they are (un)lucky, I use my pensioner's pass once a month or less. The approximately $60 full fare per year it would cost me (but of course I would use a discounted card anyway) is hardly going to balance their budget. I can't see all the retirees in Florida and other warmer climes abusing their passes either. |
