Sorry but this is a benefit given to the workers after years of hard work. It is a retirement benefit that is part of their pension.NYC DOE should have been paying the student fares all this time not the MTA. School districts across this country pay to transport their students, why shouldn't the NYC DOE? He is off his f-ing rocker. |
