I don't think they'll go THAT extreme:More than likely, maybe Plan 1 at worst since only 1-4" of snow is expected. Anything worse would be because of wind, not snow in NYC. On the other hand, Philly is expecting 8-14" (actually down from earlier), while points south are expecting more. |
