It's mind boggling - - Spending $9.2 milllion and getting back only $702,000 in fare revenue (which will be less since smarter people will use Stapleton as the exit station and walk to the ferry.).It will take 12 years to recover the amount spent on building the fare control area and stationhouse at Tompkinsville. |
