For rush hours they're going to extend Q's to Queens and shift the N over as the local, so the W above Canal won't be missed.Also assuming there's still a demand for Lower Manhattan service from Southern Brooklyn, the W would help the R in the absence of the M. Of course they could just boost R service, but I kinda doubt that would happen. |
