There is an argument that the M could be saved. The V (now a M/V combo) could run 6am to 11pm on the weekdays, while M-trains operated as a shuttle from 11pm to 6am, and on the weekends - between Myrtle Avenue and the Metropolitan Avenue terminal. Just a thought.
