I agree, wish the trolleys were back. I rode the 23 the full length from Chestnut Hill to South Philly only once when in college. It was a loooong ride, especially in the narrow streets near Center City.Yeah, I wish I could ride that route today. From what I was told about the 23, the area it goes though and the former stories of the operators, You are going to have to move a mountain to get rail service back. Sorry. |
