Hey, if it's one or the other, aesthetics must take a back seat to functionality. Puerto Rico screwed up and put aesthetics first and now there's no money to extend the train to where it really needs to go, so now they're stuck with a train that no one rides (and they're trying to use BRT to extend it, ugh) |
