Educating is not ridiculeIt is if you're amiss in your facts. Of course, later rulers in Rome and elsewhere, did use "Caesar" ('Kaiser' in German and 'Tsar' in Russian are the same word) Modern German renders Caesar as "Cesar" (pronounced "Tsezar"). "Kaiser" is indeed cognate with the Latin pronunciation for Caesar though. |
