A circle line via the Fulton subway, 8th Avenue, Queens Blvd and current airtrain lines. (The Federal Circle station on the airtrain would be converted to the JFK Airport station on the subway. The airtrain would be cut back but would still run as a free circulator between the terminals and the new JFK Airport subway station.) |
