This reminds me of the time during the 80s when the TA was scrapping museum equipment. The Lo-V cars were hid in the Dyre Avenue Line tunnels between Morris Park and Pelham Parkway. This was how the Railway Preservation Corporation was founded, as a result. It also explains why some of the museum cars cannot be scrapped by the TA because they're basically not allowed to touch the RPC's cars unless they're going to restore them to good use. |
