Where would the MTA get the lost revenue if they did that, or is the city gonna pay for the free rides? Which means us taxpayers pay.Sorry, but I doubt that taxes are going to soar just because city employees can ride the transportation system for free. Using your logic, cops, firemen, doctors, nurses should ride free too the help too? Or, I guess me as an MNR worker should be allowed to ride NYCT for free since MNR is a public service? Doctors, Nurses, MNR workers, no. |
