Posted by Train Man Paul : Metro-North's Best Conductor FOR ALL 3 LINES!!! on Thu Nov 19 19:41:49 2009 Having finished jury duty as of yesterday, and the conductor job I am presently on for this week has Thu/Fri off, I happened to be out and about with the "Mrs." today, and was in the area of Summit Station (NJT Morris & Essex Line), and guess what??? I happened to have my camera for a few shots!! Enjoy!!Train #6644, ALP-44 4414 (shoving, west end), Comet V Cab 6078 east end & 8 Cars "Mixed Bag 'O' Train" Dover to New York Penn Station, Track 2, Summit Interlocking....      Train #424, Arrow III "Triplet", #1398/99/31, Gladstone to Hoboken, Track 3 (WALL) to Track 2, Summit Interlocking.....       Views of Summit Station, from the platform level and street level as exterior work on the station building is in progress..... Looking east.....  Looking west.....  North side....   South side....  Notices posted!!.....  Da' Blazer!!.....  (NO, I didn't take it for a joyride!! lol) Hope you all enjoyed!! :-) |
