Posted by rionOne on Thu Nov 19 19:32:36 2009 Today the weirdest thing happened. I was shooting photos at 168th St on the 1 platform and my cell phone started ringing. It was my mom and she is a "chatty cathy." Im on the phone telling my mother I am in the subway and I will call her back. She continued to talk and I was still dumbfounded that I got this call. The train shows up and I figure ok Im gonna loose signal and she'll get the point since I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Needless to say my phone never completely lost service and the convo, though the signal bar sputtered between a bar and no bar, held until I got off at 225th. My carrier is Verizon Wireless, has this werid shit happened to anyone else in the system where you know good and well your phone shouldn't be ringing?Trevor |
