Or what the kid who's father sued the MTA cause his son went through an open hole somewhere in Rego Park and got hit by an LIRR train...he says the MTA should have done a better job at fixing up the fence so his son could not get to the tracks...even though the father never admits to whether or not he taught his son not to go near the tracks since they live in the area. |
