I guess we shall wait and see. It just seems a little redundant to create a new agency when an existing federal agency seems capable to perform the functions required of this new proposal.But, that's Washington for you (and before anyone interprets this as a direct criticism of the Obama Administration, just remember the creation of the Dept. of Homeland Security under Bush 43). |
