Of course it won't - city services are notoriously unresponsive to the needs of the served. However, if I didn't mention that I'd be willing to pay a fare, all that I would have heard in response is the knee-jerk "Whadda ya want for nothing?", which, frankly, I'm quite tired of hearing, because the list of expectations for my little piece of "nothing" is quite extensive. |
