It's a shame and definitely is the reason why SI's population is limited to a mere 500,000.You mean that the zoning of island by Department of City Planning had no role capping population? Even in a hypothetical world where they build some type of fixed link, the local area residents wouldn't fight tooth and nail against zoning for apartments which would change the character of their neighbourhoods? |
