The gang violence is way, way down.Two of my (black) co-workers are from SoCal, and they seem to think otherwise... Probably as far as cities go as well although LA is much, much larger and has lots more to do. Maybe it's me, but LA isn't on my list of must visit cities. I'm more inclined to go to somewhere like San Francisco which is much denser and provides a nice urban environment for walking around, exploring neighbourhoods, and street photography. For the same reasons, you're unlikely to find me in Atlanta or Houston which are even worse... |
