Even this quiet looking white haired 58 yr old with a tiny digital camera in his hand was warned on PATH. Imaaaaagine you, Nilet. I'll come visit you in jail, promise.Meh.   I got a warning too, but only from some suited middle-management person who provided an ID that I scarcely looked at and his word that he was employed by PATH in some capacity. When I got off at Exchange Place, I took another photo or two before going upstairs, without regard for whether he saw me or not. Thanks for the offer anyway, though. Of course, if I do get arrested, between that and my investigation establishing that the permit process is a sham, I might just be able to make a case to get the ban overturned, so even the worst case scenario might have a silver lining.
