When a customer asked what side of the M train went to Brooklyn, I used to ask what part of Brooklyn they wanted. Because the M train went to 2 distinct different parts of Brooklyn. Likewise when someone asked me at Jay Street how to get to Queens, I'd ask where in Queens?If you get on a D train in the Bronx and wanted a N/B to Manhattan, You'd have to take a S/B to get there. |
