I have seen absolutely nothing in print concerning the Bedford Av Subway but only know of it through other railfans and the little physical evidence there is of its possible future existence.That pretty much answers my question about the Bedford Avenue Subway. I'm curious about what little physical evidence there is out there. But that can wait for a while longer. By the way, the IND didn't terminate at Rockaway Av due to lack of funds. Construction of the Fulton St line out to and past Euclid was continuing. The big question was "How Far Past Euclid?" It doesn't say if 76 Street was built or not. But it makes the possibilly more likely than before. |
