Most Fulton street stations are directly under the street.Very shallow cut and cover..so the tunnels are resting right next to building foundations...Take notice next time you walk along Fulton st the position of the sidewalk vents.Most are in the middle of the sidewalk..not on the curb. The line is right against the building line. |
