It might make more sense to turn the uptown Ds at Bway/Laff B3 tk like the Fs did pre Chrystie and have a single tk shuttle on B4 between Bway/Laff and Grand. That would eliminate the need for the Ds to use the Xover N/O W 4 St and it wouldn't interfere with the Fs. Continuing problems with the manny B are good reasons to build a transfer point between the Prince St station and Bway/Laff since they are so close anyhow. |
