Roosevelt Island - along with Randall's, Ward's, Governors, Liberty, U Thant and part of Ellis Islands (as well as Marble Hill)- is part of New York County, which is co-terminal with the Borough of Manhattan. None of them, however, are part of Manhattan Island, which seems to be what the quiz wanted. |
