Like in Elf?Alas, no. There is a race in April for Special Olympics of NJ that closes the south tube for a morning for a 5K run. Which is, start between the toll plaza and the tunnel mouth on the NJ side, and then run to the NY side, get out into sunlight, and immediatly turn around to run back to NJ. Turns out that is right on 5K. http://lincolntunnelchallenge.sonj.org/ The bike is the MS Bike Tour in October. (Did it in 2008. 2009 it was on Succot the bozos. Use a calendar guys!) 30, 60, or 100 mile rides. Both the 60 and hundred ride the tunnel. I was SOOO tempted to bike over to the toll lanes, find someone with a mini van, offer to pay the toll for a ride back to Manhattan so I could ride it again! It was a blast!
