I will say I am under the impression that the suburban/urban divide is a lot more ugly in SEPTA territory than in some others. As well, IINM Harrisburg's attitude (that is, the Philly despising reps from much of the rest of the state) is not very helpful either. Corrections of error invited--it is 40 + years since I lived in Germantown commuting on the RDG or PTC to a bookstore long since closed. |
