Switching them doesn't seem to bad, but imagine how much riders will ball when they find out that their services are all over the place. Besides, I think that Culver residents are happy with their Sixth Avenue service and the Fulton Street Riders are happy with their Eighth Avenue service. That's just the way I see it.
