It still sounds like something that needs to be fixed regardless of whether or not the lower level is used for passenger service (as even if not, it is still needed to turn trains on G.O.'s like this weekend's and when the F needs to run express on the Culver line). That is why I would go all the way and fix the LL of Bergen to restore it for passenger service while implementing the changes previously noted that would greatly improve service in several instances. |
