That was the fault of ONE MAN in car engineering.He felt subway cars were moving boxes,taking riders from point A to B, needed no fancy appointments.. Perhaps if he DID take his head out of his rear..he would have known what most NYers knew..instead of taking the ROBERT MOSES approach to a problem. |
