I know crime in the system was horrid in the 70s and 80s, but just not to such levels that it became an operational issue. That's like third-world type ish right there.....Where was the NYPD brass and City Hall on the issue back then? You'd think resouces would have been mobilized to some extent to try and quell the situation... |
