Eh, alright. I read "do to" as "to do" instead of "due to". The former reading would tend to indicate that the RCC was initiating something rather than reacting to a problem with the system, as the latter interpretation would indicate.

So im guessing you never knew NETO has a grammar problem right?

Do you know what The word "failure" means?
